This USB Data Blocker keeps things intentionally simple. It passes power only and physically disconnects the USB data lines, helping reduce unwanted data communication between the USB port and your device.

It is not magic. It does not make a bad computer safe. It does not replace good security habits. But when all you need is power, it helps keep the connection limited to power.

How it works:

• Insert the data blocker between your computer, charger, or USB port and your device.
• Plug your USB-A cable into the “Power Only” side.
• The board routes standard 5V USB power through.
• The USB data pins are not connected.
• Your device can receive power, but the host should not see it as a USB data device.

Important note:

Because the board does not negotiate USB power, it may not work with some very “smart” chargers, power banks, vehicles, or power bricks that require data-line handshakes. In those cases, use a simple USB power brick, powered USB hub, computer port, or another basic 5V USB-A power source.
