1. GENERAL
CryptoMachine Shop sells small-batch mining accessories, adapters, and related hardware for hobbyist Bitcoin mining. By placing an order, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years old
- You agree to these Terms & Conditions
- You agree to the Privacy Policy and Refund Policy
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.
2. ORDER PROCESSING
- Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
- You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed and when it ships.
- If an item is out of stock, you may join the waitlist to receive email notifications when it becomes available.
3. SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping Locations
We currently ship within the United States.
International shipping may be added in the future.
Shipping Times
Typical delivery times:
- US Domestic: 3–7 business days
- Delays may occur during holidays or due to carrier issues outside our control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping cost is calculated during checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
Orders shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error cannot be refunded.
4. RETURNS & REFUNDS
Due to the specialized nature of our mining accessories, all sales are final.
We only offer refunds in these situations:
✔ Item arrives damaged
✔ Incorrect item received
✔ Item is defective upon arrival
Claims must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order, with:
- Photos of the item
- Order number
- Description of the issue

- Damage caused by incorrect installation

5. WARRANTY POLICY
CryptoMachine Shop provides a 30-day limited warranty, covering:
- Manufacturing defects
- Non-functional components out of the box
Warranty does not cover:
- User damage
- Overheating due to improper use
- Damage from modification or soldering
- Water / environmental damage
- Normal wear-and-tear
If approved, we will replace or refund the item at our discretion.
6. TAXES
- Sales tax is collected automatically based on your shipping address.
- Customers are responsible for any additional local/state taxes required in their jurisdiction.
7. PAYMENT METHODS
We accept:
- Bitcoin (on-chain)
- Lightning Network payments
- Additional payment methods may be added in the future
All Bitcoin transactions are final and cannot be reversed.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
By purchasing from CryptoMachine Shop, you agree that:
- Our products may require technical knowledge to install safely
- You assume all responsibility for proper installation and use
- We are not liable for any damages caused by incorrect usage, miswiring, or modifications
In no event shall CryptoMachine Shop be liable for:
- Loss of mining rewards
- Downtime
- Loss of revenue
- Damages caused by third-party hardware or software
9. PRIVACY POLICY
We collect minimal customer information:
- Name
- Shipping address
- Order details
We never sell or share customer data.
We only use your information to fulfill orders or communicate waitlist notifications.
Payments are processed securely through:
- WooCommerce
- BTCPay Server (for Bitcoin/Lightning)
We do not see or store your credit card or Bitcoin private keys.
