We offer Ecuador shipping for a curated selection of products. This program is designed to keep international fulfillment simple, reliable, and trackable.
Eligible Products
Ecuador orders must contain only items from the Ecuador collection. Mixed carts will be canceled/refunded.
Only products included in our Ecuador collection/category are eligible for Ecuador shipping.
If an item is not listed in the Ecuador category, it is not available for shipping to Ecuador.
Payment (Ecuador Orders)
Ecuador orders must be paid via Bitcoin on-chain (BTCPay).
Lightning is not available for Ecuador orders at this time.
Minimum Order Requirement
Ecuador orders require a minimum goods subtotal of $249 USD (before shipping).
Orders below the minimum will not be eligible for Ecuador checkout.
Maximum Order Limit
To keep Ecuador fulfillment simple and reduce customs delays, Ecuador orders have a maximum goods subtotal of $349 USD (before shipping).
Orders above the maximum will not be eligible for Ecuador checkout.
Shipping Methods
All Ecuador shipments are sent using tracked shipping only.
At checkout, you may see multiple shipping options (economy vs faster service). Delivery timing varies based on the service selected and customs processing.
International Shipping
International shipping is available for select destinations and eligible products. International orders:

- May take longer due to customs processing and local delivery conditions
- Delivery times vary with customs and carrier conditions
Import Fees (DDU)
International orders ship DDU (Delivered Duties Unpaid). This means import taxes, duties, and/or carrier handling fees (if any) may be collected on delivery by your country or carrier. These fees are not included in product prices or shipping charges.

Delivery Estimates
International delivery times vary. Customs processing, local handling, and carrier conditions can affect final delivery dates. We provide tracking when your order ships.

Address Rules
Orders ship only to the shipping address entered at checkout.
We cannot change addresses after the order is placed. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the return/refund policy below applies.
Restricted Items
We do not ship restricted or hazardous items to Ecuador.
Ecuador orders must not include:
- Lithium batteries or battery-containing products
- Liquids, gels, aerosols, or other hazardous materials
(If an order contains restricted items, we may cancel and refund the order.)
Customs Declarations
We complete standard customs declarations for international shipping using accurate, plain-language product descriptions. We do not declare false values or mark commercial shipments as gifts.
Returns (Ecuador / International)
International returns are accepted for defective products, with these conditions:
- Buyer pays return shipping
- Item arrives damaged in transit
- Images will be needed
- Incorrect item received compared to your order
- Item is defective on arrival and does not function as described
If a shipment is refused, unclaimed, or undeliverable, and returned to us:
We will refund the order minus outbound shipping costs and any non-recoverable fees.
Lost / Delayed Packages
If tracking shows a delay, customs hold, or “in transit” status, please allow additional time for processing. We will help investigate issues using the tracking number, but international delivery timelines can vary.
