Because our products are specialized Bitcoin mining accessories, we operate with very limited returns. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
1. All Sales Are Generally Final
In most cases, all sales are final. We do not accept returns for:
- Buyer’s remorse or “changed my mind”
- Compatibility issues (“it doesn’t fit my setup”)
- Damage caused by incorrect installation, miswiring, or modifications
- Normal wear-and-tear
2. When We May Offer a Refund or Replacement
We may offer a refund, replacement, or store credit in the following situations:
- Item arrives damaged in transit
- Incorrect item received compared to your order
- Item is defective on arrival and does not function as described
Any approved resolution (refund, replacement, or store credit) is at our discretion based on the situation and stock availability.
3. How to Report an Issue
If you believe your order qualifies for a refund or replacement, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package.
Include the following in your email:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
- A brief description of the issue

4. Return Shipping
If a return is approved:
- If the issue is due to our error (wrong item sent, clearly defective product), we may cover or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs.
- If the issue is not due to our error, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
5. Refund Method
Approved refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method:
- PayPal: refunded to your PayPal account or card (subject to PayPal’s processing times)
- Bitcoin: in most cases, refunds are handled individually and may be issued in BTC or store credit, depending on the situation and fees at the time
We cannot guarantee any specific fiat value for Bitcoin refunds due to price volatility.
6. Warranty
We offer a 30-day limited warranty against clear manufacturing defects on arrival. This warranty does not cover damage from incorrect usage, modification, or normal wear.
