We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.
International shipping (including Canada and Mexico) is not available at this time.

- Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.
You will receive an email when your order is confirmed and another when it ships (with tracking where available).

4. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your shipping address and order contents. We may offer flat-rate or weight-based shipping depending on the product mix.
5. Tracking & Delivery Issues
- When available, tracking information will be emailed once your order ships.
- If tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received the package, please first check with household members, neighbors, or your local carrier office.

6. Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We ship to the exact address you provide.
- We are not responsible for packages lost or returned due to an incorrect address entered at checkout.
- If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we can reship it once you provide a valid address and pay any additional shipping costs.
